Border Regiment Reunion

We're still Dancing!!!
A unique research project based at Lantern House in Ulverston will begin weekly meetings for ten weeks from Friday 9th May between 11am and 12.30pm. Entitled 'We're still dancing' when a dance approach to movement will be explored on the movement, mobillity and wellbeing of people aged over 50 with Parkinson's Disease. An Evening of Music Making
Staveley Choral Society and Staffordshire Women's Institute Singers and Friends are holding an Evening of Music making,'Together in Song' at Stricklandgate Methodist Church on Stricklandgate in Kendal on Saturday 10th May at 7.30pm. Hot Air Balloon Day!!
The British Balloon Museum and Library will be holding a Hot Air Balloon Inflation Day at Kirkby Lonsdale Rugby Union Football Club on Saturday 10th May starting from 8am. This event is of course totally dependant on the weather, but if conditions are right there could be a large display of colourful old balloons brought out over the course of the day. Spring Fayre in Burneside
